I met Alex during our university days in London. By a big coincidence, he shares a deep love for safaris and photography, something that resonates strongly with my family. I spent part of my childhood in Angola, and safaris were always a cherished part of our annual family holidays.
What many readers might not immediately realize is the incredible amount of time, dedication, and patience that went into creating this book. It’s the result of countless hours, trips, and years of commitment, capturing rare and unique moments that few are lucky enough to witness, let alone photograph.
When I first received the book, the plan was to keep it in my office. But it quickly got “claimed” by my 18 month old son! It’s now his favorite book. He even insists on having it nearby during meals. He absolutely loves it, and for us as parents, it’s become a surprisingly useful and engaging tool.
I truly recommend this book. It’s a beautiful and inspiring piece of work for adults and little ones alike.

This book means a lot to me because I know the father and son behind it and how passionate they are about what they do. It goes way beyond a hobby. You can feel that in every image. Everyone who comes to my house loves this table book. I really hope I get to travel with them one day and experience even a bit of what they’ve seen.
